Return Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your bouquet. If you do not love it, email us within 48 hours after receiving your bouquet and will we happily refund your purchase.

 

If you received it via fed ex, ups, or usps please do not cut the bouquet out of the packaging before sending it back. If you received it via hand-delivery, please re-package it as you received it, and we will send someone to pick it up from you.
